Our bistro restaurant is located in the Flow Hotel & Conference****, where all visitors are welcome, not only the hotel guests. Thematic dinners and programs announced several times a year are available to our guests, where they can get to know H5Bistro's offer, tasting menu offers, and special drinks.
Our kitchen is equipped to cater up to 200 guests at the same time, thanks to the state of the art integrated industrial kitchen equipments, and we guarantee the freshness of our ingredients.
We provide a cozy, separate room within the restaurant, which can cater up to 35 guests of business meetings, or family gatherings.
Your time spent in our restaurant is made perfect thanks to the hospitality of our colleagues, pleasant music, and the terrace which is open during summer time.
OUR CHEF’S THOUGHTS ON OUR MENU
Seasonality and freshness play an important role in establishing our menu, which respects traditions and at the same time is open to the world.
We dreamt of a menu, in which classic meals also appear, however, during preparation and serving, we use innovative methods.
Our goal is that everybody finds their favourites and leaves satisfied, whether they like new tastes or traditional dishes.
If I had to describe my kitchen with three words, these would be the ones:
