We offer our guests some varied menus for conferences, gala dinners, meetings and team building events. When compiling the menu lines, we had a special consideration to create more traditional or gourmet menu lines. The meals are designed according to our fresh, modern concept, which authentically reflects the restaurant's bistro character.

Choosing any menu line is a good decision that contributes to the success of your event! We will do everything to ensure that even the smallest detail of your event meets with your vision.

Buffet menu

Menu 1

Soups – Goulas shoup, France onion soup
Main dishes- Confit ribs with Dijon vegetables and 4 onion potatoes
Spicy sour cream chicken breast in panko crumbs with jasmine rice and vegetable, Beef ragu with laska mushrooms and fried sour cream dumplings
Vegetarian dishes- 4 cheese gnocchi with fried arugula
Salads- Caesar salad and fresh mixed salad
Desserts- Golden dumplings with champagne sabayon

Menu 2

Soups – Chicken ragu with cream cheese and tarragon, Pappa pomodoro (Italian tomatoe soup)
Main dishes- Honey soy pork knuckle with baked potatoes, Drumstick with scallions and hazelnuts with green spiced bulgur, Roasted vegetable pasta with pork
Vegetarian dishes- Vegetable Curry with mung bean sprouts
Salads- Red pesto bird salad with pumpkin seeds, Greek salad
Desserts- Poppy seed dough

Soups – Cheese Soup with pesto, Pork ragout with porcini mushrooms
Main dishes- Coriander bbq sided with 5-spice steak potatoes, Chicken quesadilla with salsa
Vegetarian dishes- Risotto with spinach and spicy ricotta
Salads- Balsamic oak salad, Coleslaw salad
Desserts- Tiramisu

Soups – Tom-Yum soup with coconut milk and chicken, Mascarpone green pea cream soup with cheese crackers
Main dishes- Wild beef cheek with pistachio buns, Cajun Fried sides with teriyaki vegetables,
African catfish in panko crumbs with lemony jasmine rice
Vegetarian dishes- Sun-dried tomato spaghetti with feta cheese and fried eggplant
Salads- Viennese potato salad, Insalata Mista salad
Desserts- Somló cup cream, Cottage cheese donuts with salted butter caramel

Soups – Lemony veal dumpling soup with lovage, Minestrone soup
Main dishes- Chicken norm with cashew nuts and basmati rice, Beef stew and vegetables with cloud ear fungus, Spicy meatballs with 4 cheesy spring onions and roasted potatoes,

Vegetarian dishes- Forest mushrooms in “Brasho” style 
Salads- Mozzarella caprese with arugula, Green salad with beans and tortilla
Desserts- Cottage cheese dumplings with elderberry sour cream, Hazelnut brownie with white chocolate

Soups – Beef cheek goulash, Chickpea soup with gnocchi and basil
Main dishes- Chicken "pad thai" with udon noodles, Jack Daniels ribs with Mac&cheese, Dijon honey chicken legs with couscous, Vienna schnitzel with charred potatoes and caramelized onions
Vegetarian dishes- Beetroot with barley risotto and seeded goat cheese
Salads- Purple cabbage with sesame mayonnaise, Panzanella
Desserts- sweet cottage cheese noodle pie

Main dishes- Forest mushroom duck leg parmentier, Salmon pastry with saffron butter sauce and dried breadcrumbs, Pork fajitas with spicy sour cream and tomato salsa, Moroccan chicken skewers with beans and rice with green spices
Vegetarian dishes- Ricotta lasagna with spinach
